The Private Practice has no obligation to maintain or to continue to maintain this website and is fully entitled to terminate its operation or to alter significantly its content any time.

2. Content: Nothing in this website shall be deemed as a suggestion to the acquisition of specific medicine or group of medicines.

3. Links: This website, for the convenience of the users, contains in various places references to other websites, through the use of special links (hyperlinks). The Private Practice shall not have any liability of any kind, as regards the content of those websites, nor does the Private Practice know, whether this content is in conformance with the relevant applicable legislation. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The Greek Law shall be applicable and the Greek Courts in Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute that might arise of or in connection with the present Agreement. Sensitive Data: The Private Practice does not in any case collect sensitive personal data, as those are defined in L. 2472/1997. The sending to the Private Practice by you, by any manner of means, including e-mail, of correspondence, of correspondence that contains sensitive data (such as data regarding health situation of the data subject), shall be considered as a written consent, within the meaning of indent (a), paragraph 2, article 7 of L. 2472/1997, and the letter sent that contains such data shall be held in the file of the Private Practice for the adequate and necessary time period, unless the legislation in force requires for its immediate deletion.

Non-sensitive personal data: The processing (if any at all) of non-sensitive personal data is conducted with the sole purpose of facilitating and optimising the use of the website.
