In our paper entitled “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation but not MRI predicts long-term clinical status in cervical spondylosis: a case series (Spinal Cord. 2015 Mar;53 Suppl 1:S16-8. )” we show that Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation plays a definitive role in deciding whether a patient suffering from cervical spondylosis should be operated upon or not; the role of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation may be even more important than that of the MRI.
